Similarities and differences in the way of announcing and executing the verdicts given by the courts in public university and committees in Islamic Azad University

Abstract

To handle administrative violations in each responsible organization, handling boards including first instance and appeals courts are formed. Methodology: In this paper, we are investigated similarities and differences in the way of announcing and executing the verdicts given by the boards in public university and committees in Islamic Azad University, as these educational centers harbor a large number of employees. Instruction of handling administrative violations includes rules and regulations used to inspect and issue verdict about employees’ violations. Results: Since employees of public universities are included in the law of public employees’ administrative violations and the related regulations, and employees of Azad University are included in their own trial regulations; formalities of handling administrative violations in these two categories were studied by investigating judicial rules and using library resources and printed materials such as books, pamphlets, papers, journals, dissertations, internet, dictionary and researches providing information about this issue. Conclusion: Finally, as a conclusion regarding considerations such as geographical dispersion of employees and administrative units, it can be inferred that the formalities of handling administrative violations in public university and Islamic Azad University have much in common and also have some differences.
