Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and employee motivation in the Welfare Organization is the city of Gonbad. Methodology: The research methodology was descriptive, correlational research surveys. The target population included all employees of the Department of Social Welfare city Kavus dome 57 Summary. The sample was selected due to limited population census methods. Library and field research data were collected using standard questionnaires and tools are used. Results: The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach and validity have been confirmed by the content. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling using LISREL software used people. The sample was selected due to limited population census methods.
