The legal challenges of feticide rape

Abstract

For experts of criminal law feticide is always as one of criminal justice subject is one of undesirable ways of birth that is done by their parents. Methodology: Feticide has its different special condition id different society, as in our country, Iran is according of Islamic rules, and consider as a crime, but gradually, remedial feticide is accepted in Islamic rule, but it has its defect for example undesirable feticide that is arising from rape as we point it later. Results: On the other side some feminism accepts it completely because they believe unconditionally freedom. Conclusion: In this document after we describe about feticide, discuss different kind of it, also we talk about legal vacuum that exist in mothers condition and their child and offering some related way.
